In what will be the first ever meeting between a leader from the North and a US president, Tuesday is the day which might very well determine how the years and even decades to come will unfold, both politically and economically.

From “fire and fury” and “little rocket man” coming from one end, to “mentally deranged” and “dotard” coming from the other, we now have an unscripted meeting to take place.

A disastrous outcome would be the US president walking out as he said he will, in which case who knows what might happen. An ideal outcome would be North Korean denuclearisation, the relief of economic sanctions on its economy and an end to the Korean War.

Only time can tell us which path this meeting could lead the world into.
