Our Mission & Vision

To empower young people in Malta to engage meaningfully in civic life, develop critical thinking, and build skills in public speaking, research, diplomacy, and leadership through structured educational programmes and platforms for civic dialogue.

BEV’s vision is to create a generation of informed, articulate, and civically engaged citizens capable of shaping Malta’s future through constructive dialogue, evidence-based policy thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.

Who We Are

Founded in 2018, BEV has evolved from a small initiative to a recognised platform in youth civic engagement across Malta. We work across education, media, civic dialogue, and organisational capacity-building to create meaningful opportunities for young people to participate in democratic life.
