Amid misdirected criticism in the latest University staff strike, it soon became apparent that there is still confusion as to what the tool of industrial action really is, and why it was used.
Discussions are set to continue tomorrow as reported. In the meantime, the Union has issued appeals for support in hopes that negotiations make further progress in the public interest.
